Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly protected to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or replacement has been processed.
